Impact & transparency
Building proof, in the open
EGA is an early-stage movement with a clear promise and honest numbers. Here's exactly where we are, the commitments we hold ourselves to, and the evidence as it grows - no inflated claims.

10,000 young leaders empowered
We are building a movement to equip 10,000 young people with the mentorship and skills to lead. Every registration moves us closer, and you can be one of them.
Our promise vs our progress
Commitments we hold ourselves to
These are the standards EGA is designed and governed to meet - commitments and goals, not results already achieved. We report progress live and publish real outcomes here as they happen.
10,000 young leaders by 2030
Our headline goal. Every registration moves the live counter closer - shown honestly on the homepage.
Majority young women
ADISP is designed for 70% women participation, prioritising rural and under-served communities.
Free to those who need it
ADISP is free; the leadership programme is affordable and, where possible, sponsored.
Verified, not just attended
No one graduates without demonstrating real ability - every credential is independently verifiable.
Real projects, real portfolios
Every participant ships at least one community project and owns a portfolio of their work.
A genuinely global network
Founders from six nations, mentors joining from many more - opening doors beyond any single country.
Priority SDGs
EGA directly drives these five UN Sustainable Development Goals; participants engage across all 17 through their projects.
