Foundations to Global Citizenship
The first half of the EGA 12-month programme builds your psychological foundations, mastery of digital and ethical leadership, and deep fluency in the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Foundations
Four focused weeks that build the identity, mindset, and digital presence every leader needs before they can lead others. Month 1 moves from self-knowledge to social psychology to emotional intelligence to digital fluency, with each week building on the last. This is the foundation that Mastercard Foundation Scholars, YALI Residential Centres, and elite programme selectors look for before anything else.
