Richard is the founder & Global Director of EGA Mentorship International. He has 10years experience in community development, youth leadership and national development. He holds an MSc in AI and Data Science from Bangor, UK M.A I/O Psychology from IGNOU, India & Intercultural Communications from RUDN, Russia. Based in the UK, He is a member of Roscongress Foundation, Fellow at World Youth Festival, New Generation Fellow, Eurasia Global Fellow, Cambridge DemEd Global Fellow, GoFair Trade Former Team Lead, Chechen Republic Regional Fellow, UNYA-GH Former Youth MP at Bibiani-Anhwiaso-Bekwai Constituency, Volunteer, Formal Western North Regional Rep, Volunteer, e-VBAB scholar, GSS Scholar, British Council Great Scholarship Winner, Young Diplomat Fellow and Friends for Leadership Fellow. Richard has gained international exposure in 11 different countries to which He founded EGAMI on the conviction that talent is evenly distributed across the world but opportunity is not, and that structured mentorship is the most reliable bridge between the two.
