Founder & Executive Director
Dr. Asante is a passionate advocate for youth development and sustainable leadership. With over 15 years of experience in education and capacity building, he founded EGA to bridge the gap between youth potential and global opportunity.
Sarah Mitchell
Program Director
Sarah brings 12 years of international development experience, having worked with UNDP and the World Bank. She oversees EGA's curriculum design and ensures all programs meet international standards for youth leadership development.
Milena Petrović
Partnerships & Outreach Lead
Milena specializes in building cross-cultural partnerships across Europe and Africa. Her work has expanded EGA's network to include academic institutions, NGOs, and corporate partners in over 12 countries.
Grace Mwale
Mentorship Coordinator
Grace has personally mentored over 200 youth participants across Sub-Saharan Africa. She coordinates EGA's mentor matching process and ensures the quality and consistency of the mentorship experience.
Tinashe Moyo
SDG Programs Lead
Tinashe is a certified sustainability practitioner who leads EGA's SDG integration efforts. He designs the SDG curriculum that connects each participant's leadership journey to the UN's global development agenda.
James Kollie
Educational Consultancy Head
James oversees EGA's Educational Consultancy service, helping participants navigate scholarship applications, university placement, and study abroad opportunities. He has facilitated over 150 successful academic placements.
