Motivated young people (roughly ages 15-35) who want to grow as leaders, build real-world skills, and drive impact aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals. We welcome applicants from many countries, backgrounds and disciplines - what matters most is your motivation and commitment, not where you start.

One-on-one and group mentorship, structured leadership training, live weekly sessions, hands-on projects, a growth hub with career and university guidance, and a verifiable record of your progress. You learn by doing and building a portfolio, not just by attending lectures.

Applying is free. The AI, Digital Innovation & Skills Programme (ADISP) is free to the young people who need it most. The leadership programme is designed to be affordable and, where possible, sponsored, with scholarships considered case by case - any fees or sponsorship are confirmed with you during application. See the Fees & scholarships section on the Programs page, and we never turn away a motivated applicant for lack of funds without first exploring options together.

The core leadership programme runs for 6 months as 24 weekly modules across three phases, with weekly live touchpoints. Plan for a few focused hours each week. You can see the full curriculum and milestones on the Programs page.

Yes. Participants earn verifiable credentials and a transcript of completed modules, projects, and sessions that you can share with universities and employers.
