Priscilla Eshun

My name is Priscilla Eshun, and I am the Chief Technology Officer and Co founder of ReadyLabs Technology Solutions. I enjoy building technology that solves real problems and creates opportunities for people and businesses. At ReadyLabs, I lead the development of digital platforms across rentals, logistics, ecommerce, and financial services, with a focus on creating solutions that are practical, scalable, and accessible. My mission is to use technology to improve lives, support businesses, and contribute to Africa's digital transformation. Beyond my work, I mentor university students and aspiring technology professionals through Coding Ladies Academy, sharing practical skills in Python, data analytics, and software development because I believe creating opportunities for others is just as important as building great products. I have also participated in international programs, including the GDF, the WYF, and the UNCTAD Youth Forum. These experiences strengthened my belief that meaningful innovation comes from collaboration and learning from people with different perspectives. One thing that defines me is my commitment to continuous learning. I joined the EGA International Mentorship community because I want to grow as a technology leader, learn from experienced mentors, and connect with partners, sponsors, and innovators who share a passion for solving real world problems through technology. My goal is to build solutions that create lasting value, empower businesses, and expand opportunities across Africa while helping shape a more inclusive digital future.
