Isbah Arshad

I am Isbah Arshad, an International Relations student at Quaid-i-Azam University (QAU), Islamabad, with a strong passion for leadership, diplomacy, youth empowerment, and global development. I believe that meaningful change begins with informed leadership, continuous learning, and a commitment to serving communities. Throughout my academic journey, I have actively pursued opportunities that enhance my personal and professional growth. Through leadership roles, volunteer initiatives, and certifications in Leadership & Management, Digital Marketing, Graphic Designing, and Financial Arithmetic, I have developed strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills while building a mindset of lifelong learning. I am passionate about empowering young people, promoting quality education, and contributing to initiatives that create sustainable social impact. My long-term goal is to represent Pakistan on international platforms, contribute to public policy and international cooperation, and become a leader who inspires positive change. Through the EGA Mentorship Programme, I hope to learn from experienced mentors, collaborate with ambitious young leaders from diverse backgrounds, and gain the knowledge, perspective, and skills needed to transform my vision into meaningful action.
